E & G are 3peat customers of mine, turned friends. They are renewing their vows next year. Since they didn't have a traditional wedding the first time, they've decided to live it up and have an actual one this time around. So they hired me as their Hawaii Wedding Photographer to capture some photos for them to not only use for their 'Save the Date' cards, but also to share on their special day.
With this session, they didn't want the usual beach or mountain backdrops that Hawaii is known for. They wanted something different. They wanted train tracks. And instead of taking them to a random train track on the island, I decided to reach out to the Hawaiian Railway Society, a non-profit organization, and ask if we could shoot on their property. They were super sweet and not only did they let me use their property, but they invited us over before they opened up to the public for train rides. As a thank you for their kind gesture, I donated to their cause. It was a win-win situation for the both of us!
Here are just a few shots that were captured that morning. It was fun. It different. And I'm all about that!
